GUIDE 1 – YOUR FIRST 7 DAYS EATING THE ORIGINAL FUEL

On Day 0 the Spirit says: PURGE.
Go to your kitchen right now and throw away every drop of:
– seed oils (canola, sunflower, soybean, corn, “vegetable”)
– white sugar, brown sugar, aspartame, sucralose
– anything with high-fructose corn syrup or more than five ingredients
– white flour products, processed meats full of nitrates, soda, juice boxes
If it brags on the box, it’s lying to you. Cast it out.
For the next seven days (and the rest of your resurrected life) eat only this way:
Breakfast
Three or four pasture-raised eggs cooked in grass-fed butter or ghee, half an avocado, a handful of berries.
Lunch
A mountain of bitter greens drowned in cold-pressed olive oil and lemon, clean meat or wild sardines, olives, cucumber.
Dinner
A fatty rib-eye, wild salmon, or liver, steamed broccoli or dandelion greens, one small roasted sweet potato or beet swimming in animal fat.
Snacks (only if you’re truly hungry)
Macadamia nuts, raw-milk cheese, celery with sea salt (Baja Gold sea salt).
Drink only water, herbal tea, bone broth, or black coffee (one or two cups).
SWEETENERS — THE BIBLE HAS ALREADY SPOKEN
“My son, eat thou honey, because it is good.” (Proverbs 24:13)
So eat raw local honey or Manuka UMF 10+ freely, as the Spirit leads — a spoonful when your body asks, never in bondage.
Pure green stevia leaf is allowed only as a temporary bridge for sugar addicts. Everything else is from Babylon and remains forbidden.
THE FAT COMMAND THAT RAISES THE DEAD
Your brain, hormones, and cell walls are literally made of fat.
Throw away every bottle of industrial seed oil today.
Replace them with grass-fed butter, ghee, cold-pressed olive oil (drink it if you have to), coconut oil, tallow, lard, egg yolks, fatty fish.
I have watched depression, autoimmune hell, and hormone chaos reverse in weeks from this one act of obedience alone.
SUPPLEMENTS?
Not yet.
Blind supplementation is witchcraft with extra steps.
For now the Spirit shouts only four free supplements:
– sunlight on your skin
– real salt on your food
– animal fats and liver (nature’s perfect multivitamin)
– bone broth
Everything else waits until the two tests show you the map.
COMPLEX CARBS — THE TIERS OF RESURRECTION
Tier 1 (eat freely): sweet potato, beets, carrots, winter squash — roasted in animal fat.
Tier 2 (small portions after fat + protein): green plantain, cooled white potato, soaked lentils.
Tier 3 (wait until you are healed): all grains and extra fruit.

Ten days of only soaked legumes, vegetables, seeds, avocados, olive oil, and water.
