Are “Sins and Diseases” interrelated?

Matthew 9:5-6

For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.

If the imputed Adamic/the original sin is not atoned for through Christ one cannot experience the liberty from the fetters of sin and its effects.

Sin shall not have dominion over you – Rom 6:14. There is no condemnation when you walk after the Spirit – Rom 8:1,13. We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not, but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself (by the power of the Holy Spirit), and that wicked one toucheth him not – 1John 5:18. There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling – Ps 91:10.

But when a Christian draws back from his prescribed course (transgress the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus): there remains no more sacrifice for sins; judgment and fiery indignation will be its backlash – Heb 10:26,27/ 2Pet 2:20-22.

I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your member’s servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your member’s servants to righteousness unto holiness (Romans 6:16,19/13:14).

The Spirit says, let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom – Col 3:16 – Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness – Col 3:8/Eph 5:3 – and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls (from its depravity). But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves (James 1:21,22) – For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh (Proverbs 4:22) – Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones (Proverbs 3:7,8)

The Lord’s supper: he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this cause, many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep (premature death)(1 Cor 11:29,30).

The tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body (James 3:6,14-16).

That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man (Mark 7:20-23)

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die (Rom 8:13)

Sin unto death, or obedience unto righteousness (Rom 6:16)
